HORSE CARE
Horses will be kept in an environment that closely simulates the living conditions of wild horses while still attending to individual horses needs.
A track system will promote movement over different terrain. Herds will be developed per horses dietary and social needs. Horses living on the tracks will be provided with free-choice minerals and salt, and fed an individual meal each day to meet any additional needs.
Grass hay tested for nutritional value will be fed on the tracks at least twice a day so the horses will have continual access to forage. Grass will be offered in limited quantities to the horses for whom it is safe.
There will be 12 ft. by 20 ft. covered pens available for horses requiring their own space at night.
The Horse First will also promote healthy, holistic horse care through a parasite monitoring system and a daily health check of each horse.
HORSE BOARD
Natural Board $250 plus tax
Includes daily feed and health check and quality grass hay. Housed on tracks with horses with similar needs and disposition.
Shelter Board $350 plus tax
Includes daily feed and health check and quality grass hay.Housed on track with horses with similar needs and disposition during the day and in private shelter at night.
Stall Board $400 plus tax
Includes 12’ x 11’ foot matted stall, bedding, daily cleaning, daily turnout on a track,daily heath check and twice daily hay and feed.
Temporary Board in a stall or pen
$25 per day, $105 per week, $300 per month for outdoor board, $400 per month for stall board with turnout.
Current outdoor boarders may rent a stall during inclement weather or for health reasons for $10 per night.
Multiple Horse Discount!
For owners of multiple horses, we offer a 5% discount on any additional horses.
For horses in different tiers of boarding, the discount will apply to the lesser amount(s).

Handling Fees
Pertaining to vet care, hoof care, bodywork, etc $25 first hour, $20 per hour after
Minor Service Care
Such as applying ointment $5 per event
Blanketing Fees
Removing and Putting On $5 per event. This may be done at the staff's discretion if a horse is overheated under a blanket or if the blanket is wet through.
Fly Masks
Removing at night Replacing in the morning $25 monthly
CLINICS
The fees for clinics vary by instructor, topic and time.
SALES
Horses may be listed on our website for a fee, or we can assist you in rehoming your horse for 20% commission.
TRAILER STORAGE & hauling
Storage $25 per month (we will maintain access to your trailer)
Hauling $3 per loaded mile

For lessons, clinics and events $5 per event (copy of negative Coggins required and Health Certificate if out of state)
USE OF FARM FACILITIES
Trails, Play Ground & Arenas $15 per day (includes Trailer-In Fee)
Overnight accommodations
RV Hookup $25 per night, $105 per week, $300 per month
Room on Site (call ahead for availability) $55 (shared bathroom) per night, $65 (private bathroom) per night
Camping $10 per night
